Thank you for choosing us 🙏
We genuinely appreciate you supporting a small, one-person workshop. Each washer set is made by hand — and a little care keeps that walnut glowing for years.
🪵 About your washers
These are style-only decorative side-fairing washers turned from solid walnut — a finishing touch for your Grom, not a structural part. Each one is cut, shaped, and finished by hand, so the grain on every piece is one of a kind.
🧤 How they're finished
Every washer is sealed with our own blend of natural waxes and oils — all natural, with no harsh chemicals. It brings out the depth of the walnut while protecting the wood. Over time, with sun, weather, and washing, that finish will slowly mellow — completely normal, and easy to bring back to life.
✨ Caring for & refreshing them
- Wipe clean. Use a soft, dry or slightly damp cloth. Avoid soaking them or leaving them sitting in water.
- Skip harsh cleaners. No solvents, degreasers, or chemical bike/wheel cleaners directly on the wood — they'll strip the natural finish.
- Refresh when they look dry or dull. Apply any butcher block oil or conditioner — or any product made for cutting boards (food-safe wood oil or wax). Wipe on a thin coat, let it soak in, then buff off the excess with a clean cloth.
- How often? A quick refresh every few months — or whenever the walnut starts looking thirsty — keeps the color rich and the surface protected.
